After seeing how massage could benefit ailing family members from an early age, Gary decided to learn about the human body and pain management. From helping break-dancers stretch and ice achy bodies in high school, to analyzing the gait of runners while managing a shoe store, the human body has never ceased to amaze him.
Educated at Sutherland-Chan School for Massage Therapy, Gary was voted class co-valedictorian due to his patient, calm and helpful demeanor. Gary chose sports therapy, Multiple Sclerosis, elderly outreach and Auto-Immune disease clinics to address and work with populations that were active, suffering with pain, in need of companionship with compassion and those that were treated unfairly due to their diagnosis. Preferred modalities include Fascial engagement, Lymph drainage, stretching and deep tissue massage.
Massage to Gary is a means of connecting with the body while feeling good. Warm, strong and careful hands await your aches and pains.

Jared graduated from St. Francis Xavier University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics and a Minor in Health Sciences. He then went on to obtain a Massage Therapy Diploma from Algonquin College in 2012.
Jared's love for learning about the human body first began while being heavily involved in sports as a child. This interest that was sparked through an active childhood eventually led him to study Human Kinetics. While Jared was working as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor for the Canadian Military his desire for a more comprehensive way to help his clients led him to massage therapy. Jared works with a diverse clientele from varsity athletes, new mothers to seniors. He has successfully treated children with developmental and neurological disorders and clients with issues resulting from scar tissue. Jared is dedicated to working one on one with his clients to implement the appropriate course of care for the best results. Jared had plans to increase his knowledge with training in Osteopathic Manual Manipulations over the coming years.

Mallory is wonderful! She has very caring hands and she always plays good music.
First trip in and it will not be my last. Just had a deep tissue massage with Jessica. I have had over 100 massages over the years and Jessica is probably the best to over work on my. Technique and understanding is top shelf! Treat yourself to her work!
Awesome staff, awesome massage, awesome experience.
I chose the right place to go for my first ever massage! Gary did a phenomenal job and took great care to tailor the massage to best suit my needs. Highly recommended!
Just had the best massage of my life there last week!!! Literally still pain free a week later.
Highly recommended! My first experience at The Well was all that I hoped for and more. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you for an amazing experience from start to finish, not to mention the incredible massage! I left feeling renewed and re-energized and I'm already look forward to my next appointment. Thank you!!!
As a dental office, we are well-versed in head and neck anatomy and how bones, muscles, joints all work together for health and well-being. The fact that we refer to these RMTs says a lot of what our doctors think of them. All of the RMTs are consummate professionals with exceptional anatomical knowledge.
Such a fantastic clinic. They offer so many different services and also have an infrared sauna which is a great touch.
I have been looking for a good place for massage therapy for a while and I am so happy that I found this spot. It is nice to get a quality, relaxing massage in a place that is not a spa or a doctor's office. The staff are also super friendly and professional. I have had massages with both Marta and Leslie and would highly recommend both to anyone looking for a RMT.
Good ambiance and staff. I used to come in and see Sheila who was great, after she went on mat leave I had a few hit and miss appointments trying to find a new RMT that left me slightly discouraged. However, I had the luck of having a great appointment with Leslie and haven't looked back since. I usually get a massage once a month and find that Leslie is a attentive and will focus on areas that have tension or that I have requested. Great overall experience.
I love this place! Denise is amazing, and they always have appointments available
Beautiful Clinic!! Great RMTs! Highly Highly Highly recommended!
Definitely an experience that makes you want to go back for more!
Just at The Well for my first ever massage with Gary B. He was amazing and really worked on my upper shoulder muscles. He was as thorough as he could possibly be, as well as very informative about what he was working on. He taught me about the body as well as the big and little muscles in and around my neck and shoulders. This was probably the only time I've allowed someone to dig into my armpit to feel for my muscles. Haha. Definitely an experience that makes you want to go back for more! If you want someone to help you relax and make you feel like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders, he's the person to go to!
Excellent!
My 1hr deep tissue with Carol was exceptional! Judgement free, friendly and knowledgable RMT. Highly recommended.
